Kim and Matt truly go above and beyond when helping a customer like me. My husband used to service our vehicles, but he passed away over 2 years ago. I’ve been to the dealer a couple of times and never felt comfortable there. I have been going to Toy Tech since about 1995 at first I had a 1985 Toyota extended cab truck and they took excellent care of it. In 2007 I felt like I was spending to much money on it and the head casket blew. In February 2007 I bought a 2000 Toyota Corolla and they have worked on it whenever I need to have something done. They have never over charged me. Everyone that works there knows cars and trucks. I recommended them to my neighbors who have Toyotas.

Fabulous Excellent customer service and very reasonable prices. most recent example...i forgot that my car was with them, called them after hours, and they a) answered the phone and b) waited for me to get over there and c) were so nice and gracious about it! They are great. I HIGHLY recommend ToyTech.

Toy Tech is the BEST EVER! I want to let everyone know that Toy Tech is the only place I would bring my Toyota or Lexus vehicles to be worked on. I have been a loyal customer since the year 2000, and even when I got remarried and moved to Castle Rock, CO, I found no place else that can fix or service my cars like Toy Tech does. So I still bring my vehicles to get serviced there at Toy Tech in Colorado Springs. Not only do they provide the most excellent service, they have the best prices along the entire front range of Colorado. The Bryan Family and Doug are all genuinely good and Godly people. They won't take advantage of you as a woman either, like so many places. They will make the extra effort to ensure the vehicle is perfect and I can trust and feel secure that my car is running as good as new. Not only are they your highly trained mechanics, they are your friends.I have tried other places in Denver and Castle Rock and they can't beat Toy Tech in price or in service and excellence.

The most amazing customer service I have EVER received.....read on!! I have lived and worked in many different countries in customer service for years, and this company beats any positive experience that I have ever had.My transmission in my 2001 Lexus broke about a month ago leaving me stranded on I 25 and I had my vehicle towed to toy tech. They had been highly recommended by several happy friends so I expected good service, but when they outbid another quote by $1500 dollars, had my car ready in just a few days and worked with me to get me an amazing price as well as check out my engine and anything else that might have been wrong with the car I was thrilled. I am a single, working mother and they could not have been more efficient, helpful, professional and fair.I felt that I had put my car in the hands of people who truly cared and were completely trustworthy. I will recommend this company to all of my friends!

I beg to differ We've been taking our two Toyota vehicles to Toy Tech for over 10 years now, & have NEVER had an episode such as the previous reviewer described. If there ever was an issue with our vehicles after Toy Tech has serviced them, a mere phone call was all it took to have the nice, competent folks at Toy Tech tell us to "Come on in--we'll fix it." & they did. The staff at Toy Tech are honest, hard-working, competent individuals who have earned our trust the hard way--"by doing things right at the right price."
