Extremely lazy staff especially the male
Love this place they have a great range of toys and friendly staff my toys and presents are bought from here

Very disappointing. The guys in the shop didn't want to get up off their seats to help and huffed when they had to. They referred me to a kiosk they had on a lower level for the toy we were looking for. The attendee at the kiosk could not be less interested in helping. We still purchased, but were quite put off by the overall demeanour.
