The Akron Teachers Credit Union continued to grow and became a community charter in early 2004 - for consumers that live, work, worship or go to school in Summit County, Ohio. It is so disappointing the lack of customer service this bank now has. I opened my account with them almost 10 years ago but over the last year every interaction I have had with them over the phone has taken hours and has been issues on their part. I have been trying to get a pin to my debit card since February and I still have yet to recieve a new card or pin.
