These guys are a team of super stars. We were greeted with a smile and a hand shake and delivered without delay from the airport to our accommodation. Our return journey was just as seamless with pick up smack on time. You cannot beat the value for your money with these guys. Each way was only $15 per couple compared with an uber quote prior to our arrival of over $60. Our family used Townsville Shuttle Services a few days ago and I highly recommend them. Our flight was delayed which meant we had a very small window of time to make our ferry to Magnetic Island . This company went above and beyond to make sure we made the last ferry. They even went to the ferry terminal before we arrived when they knew our flight was delayed to alert them and see if they could wait for us. Absolutely the best service and wonderful people as well. I use the shuttle service weekly when flying to/from work and have had countless experiences where Will and Zenobia go above and beyond. Their pricing is a third of what a taxi costs, I can't recommend them highly enough!
