Truely disgusting customer service. As a local motel operator calling to see if they could assist with a large international airport transfer I was yelled at and abused. Considering the tears over Townsville City Coucil starting a bus service to assist travellers getting to and from the airport, that a busy motel that would give plenty of service was spoken to like I was nothing but a nuisence. When I thanked her for her assistance and hung up on her (because I will not be abused by anyone) She called me back... Truely disgu... read more
