Wouldn’t recommend Catholic education in Townsville. Very far behind in all aspects. From administration staff to teaching, principals and all the way through to head office. You call head office where you think you will get kindness and compassion but instead they are so rude and abrupt too.
After suspected abuse and bullying by a staff member of our daughter, we approached the Catholic Education office with a complaint. They hired an independent investigator to look into these claims, and after terminating staff who were involved in this case (multiple) they closed our investigation and refused to share the findings with us. This office cares about this office. Nothing more.
Really friendly, helpful bunch of people.
