I got a quote for 2 windows. I try to order but I can't get a response. I drove up there twice, emailed and called multiple times. No response. It should not be this hard to order windows. This is some really bad customer service. I will not shop with them ever. I am going to order these windows somewhere else.
I was looking for a place to help me build up the value of a friend’s property and they have what you need. I did finally get the customer service I was looking for but felt a little less than serviced when I did leave. I was told to “measure” and “they could build anything for me” which was exactly what I wanted to hear, other than measure. I wish they offered a service to do that for you!
Don't call for prices, they put you on hold and then hang up and won't answer again. I guess I'll go to home depot
Hours aren't right.......we arrived at 3:50 PM on a Friday and they were closed. There was a truck in front of us and a car behind so we weren't the only ones. So we all had turn around and schlep over to Lowe's. This is why people don't shop local as much as they should......HD & Lowe's are cheaper and you know they'll be open when they're supposed to be. I know I won't be back.
