They made it right! I purchased a 'Medium' in store a few weeks ago, but when I got home, it ended up being a large on the tag on the back of the next. I thought the shirt was a medium because it had the 'Medium' sticker down the front of the shirt. When I got home and realized it, I emailed Townpool, and they made it right by sending me TWO shirts and an extra pair of Nantucket socks also! I called three days in a row and they told me that they were open the next day and I will come the next day and it would not be open and I called again and they said they would be open the next day and this repeated for three days in a row
