I live here and it’s hell they don’t do nothing. Mickey Mouse everything takes months for stuff to get done has roaches mold in the units. The office manager thinks he someone. Lived here 8 years played music never had a complaint here he comes a couple months new telling me he’ll give me a 3 day notice if I keep playing my music loud. DO NOT MOVE HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!

My husband and I moved here August 2014. Our first home together with our first babygirl Bella. We absolutely love how welcoming Danyelle was to us! She made us feel very comfortable and always supported us. She watch us grow from having nothing to making a life of our own and more children. She have always believed in us.. we recently moved out Dec 2022 and bought our first house in Glendale Arizona. Going on 3 years living here and its been amazing. Quiet neighbors manager Danyelle and her assistant Linda are super cool and understanding any issue u have. Maintenance is on point. Rent is fair. Very affordable compared to other apts in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone.
