This place will always be home. And home happens to be where the heart is. Management and maintenance can't be beat!
We lived for so many years but never get a single maintenance. Carpet is never changed since the apartment is built which is over 35 years old. Very old type Heater runs but still so cold downstairs during cold season and so hot upstairs during hot season. There are so many hidden hollows which allow air to escape out or in. so you just end up paying high electric and gas bills. If you asked for maintenances, they seems not happy for it, and may show up after asked for about 4x or more just for cheapest one, not for the heal... read more
Apartment is managed by a moron who is the only handyman available. He cared more about making sure the grass was cut than fixing our leaky roof or busted toilet.
