I LOVE this Property! I lived at this property for 3 years, and I can honestly say that Alex and Roberto made it a great experience from start to finish. They were always kind, professional, and incredibly responsive whenever I needed help. I’ve recently toured multiple properties from this management team. I’ve had a great experience in Puyallup especially with Roberto and Alex. Both individuals have been extremely informative and respectful. I’d recommend this team to everyone.
We really enjoyed renting at this complex. The most outstanding part of this experience of being in the PNW was the great service by the management. Roberto and Alex were always very respectful, and great with follow up to resolve any concerns. The location is ideal and so close to have access to the local downtown as well as to avoid the traffic congestion in other areas of Puyallup and we saved so much time commuting with this hidden gem. These are beautiful! The location is amazing and the way these are designed is amazing. The attention is also so good, Mr. Roberto and his team cannot be more helpful and kind. We are so grateful!
The office is great with communicating/working with people. Our move-in and move-out went more smoothly than any other complex I have been in. Maintenance is AMAZING doesn't matter how big or small the issue is it was always taken care of within a day.
