I just had an hour's massage first thing is the smell I could not get past the smell of the place I need a fresh air so badly the aroma in the air is hideous! The massage to soft. I don't like the fact that they put oils on your face. I will not be visiting this establishment again.
I’ve been coming here a while and it’s usually a hit or miss. Today we went in for a couples massage and my husband left unsatisfied. His masseuse stepped out twice totaling up to approx 10 mins and didn’t do his lower half at all. Because it’s been hit or miss I’ve started timing the massages and this time we were only massaged in total 50 mins (my husband more like 40) when we paid for a 60 min. I went in today and received a massage by Amy. Sweet MT. Made sure to ask if I was ok during the service. If she noticed she was in a tender spot she would make sure I was OK. Her medium pressure was strong. It was a mix of gentle and intense at times. The facility itself was clean. The restroom, lobby, and massage room were up to par. It's a simple setup. Edit: I’m leaving this review based on my personal experience. After posting, the business responded with threatening messages about legal action, which was extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning and would CAUTION others based on both the service and how they handle criticism. I will not hesitate to report this behavior to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate consumer protection agencies.
