Believe all of the 1-star reviews about bad customer service and rude behavior at Towner's. I called earlier today to ask if they were repairing bikes during the COVID-19 pandemic. The person who answered hung-up on me. Thinking we had simply been disconnected, I made the mistake of calling back. The same person answered. He was incredibly rude. Refused to answer any of my questions. Became quite agitated and exclaimed, "I don't want to hear what's wrong with your bike. Just bring it in." I hung up on him this time. Ended up... read more

Towner's was my go-to bike shop. I don't like dealing with the others.
I have been shopping with Lambert for years and I can’t believe the store is gone. I never had an issue with him. He was always courteous, helpful, and a joy to talk to. Will miss this place and him!
