I recently switched to TowneBank and was referred to Ana Espinoza. I have to say that she is an excellent banker very personal and always accessible. It is not easy to move banks but she made it very easy for me. I was before with a big bank for over 10 years and I never got the level of service I get at Towne. Juanita at the teller line is always great. I love this bank.

My first impression when walking into Towne Bank is that it looks more like a relaxation center, than a bank! It's a beautiful space, where patrons are referred to as "members", not customers. The attention to detail and real customer service shines through. Victoria, the branch manager, is simply amazing. Desperate for a professional bank for our small business, I am SO glad I found them!
