Stopped by during lunch on a Thursday. They do have parking, but their spaces are a bit tight, so just be careful. Grand bank from parking to entrance. Clean and upscale bank. Teresa, who was manning the front, was very helpful and friendly. Had a pleasant experience cashing a check and no issues at all.

I was shocked this bank emailed my personal information containing my SSN, DOB and other private information. They refuse to acknowledge the problem and attempt to divert conversations. I filed complaints with NC and VA. Be careful. I am very worried about this bank having my personal information.
Over the weekend I submitted an online inquiry for business loan options, not expecting a prompt follow-up, or one at all. I actually anticipated that the bank would see my inquiry, brush it off, and I would have to call to follow up on it. That was not the case at all. Towne bank followed up immediately that Monday.
