This bank is the friendliest I have dealt with in many years! You are greeted immediately upon entry with a smile. "A rarity these days." The service is quick wiith minimal delays. In all sincerity, other banks could learn a valuable lesson in customer service by copying their example.
TowneBank is taking over Village Bank. I had a business checking with Village, now TowneBank suddenly requires $3000 minimum in checking... That's definitely not a good situation, but at least Betty Pope, my favorite bank lady, is going to Towne Bank, too. She's the best, always going the extra mile.
Staff is not very accommodating. They literally complained about making $5.00 worth of change when I was making a major deposit. Lazy!
I like Town bank they are a good people person.. They take care of you very well. Yes I will recommend someone to them. Good customer service.
I was offered to some wine and cheese and was told to kindly leave the premises due to a private event, but I was offered some wine and cheese, very off putting I’ll be giving a call tomorrow to let them know about their racism exposed
