Since when do banks refuse to leave pens in the drive thru carriers? Doubting this bank has a theft issue. What happened to quality customer service ? The younger tellers are always very nice though.
This bank needs closer scrutiny. After leaving them, we discovered that sensitive personal information was being shared improperly via email and CCs. Requests for clarification were refused. Shortly after, I received a notice stating that my personal information (including SSN) may have been compromised. Based on my experience, I would not trust this bank with private data. All of this is documented.
I worked with Anne Cato to secure a loan for a house I was interested in purchasing. Anne was able to make my loan happen when other lenders in the area were not. I would recommend working with Anne for any of your bank needs. Also, good looking building.
I think they could use more exterior lighting.
