I basically got zero service. I tried 3 times in one day to open a new account, and was told that the person who does that is busy. 3rd time is a charm. I took my money to PNC. They had time for me there. I'd give zero stars if it were an option.

Great service and always there to help out with any problems. Very good group of reps at the Grandy branch.
