I wanted to share my experience from a recent call with one of your operators, who was unfortunately very rude and unprofessional. you would have hired qualified and trained to handle customer interactions respectfully. thanks
They do not accept younger people with disabilities. They only accept younger people if they are in a wheelchair or if your over 62. What a joke! Sounds like discrimination to me.
