I spent 3 hours last night stuck in my recliner waiting for a nursing to come and help me. There was no nurse on duty! Towne Club had now cut back on nurses working on the weekends. I had to call 911 to get help even though they claim to have 24 hour care available! This is awful. They are cutting back to save money but don’t care about the residents!!!!
I live here and I am supposed to get a diabetic diet and no salt added. The owner brags about how wonderful the food is but I just get Burnt food loaded with salt, cooked in cream which I can’t eat. Raw omelets and undercooked salmon.
