Friendly people same place new name is City national of bank !!
I opened an account and was expected to wait ninety (90) days in order to use the mobile deposit service thru the app feature. I went to use it after waiting longer than the prescribe time frame and can not access the feature. I have made two phone calls to be able to access mobile banking. Then, I tried to set up bill payment and external transfers and was unable to access "that" feature. This is immensely frustrating.
