A staff member who was a full-grown male was using the women’s restroom—not for cleaning or maintenance, just using it. I have been coming to this Town Pump for 11 years!! I have no idea how much I have spent here but it’s a lot. I just bought a corn dog and they said they can only give me one ketchup packet, and if I want another one they will have to charge me!!! 59 cents for 1 ketchup packet!!! What is the world coming too wow!!! Don’t recommend this place unless I get my 59 cents back!!
This place tried to charge me the full price for a fountain drink just for a cup of ice. I was prepared to pay like 50-75 cents for ice so I just brought in a few quarters. They really had me go back out to my vehicle to find more money instead of being understanding about it. Just so rude about it towards me. I get sometimes a policy has to be enforced for whatever reason but there's no need to be mean about it. When I came back in they had thrown away my cup of ice. So how does that make sense?
