Hey, Town Pump Food Stores! Get your act together and figure out how to get more help at your N. Reserve Store #1325. You shouldn't have 1 checkout running at 3:15 in the afternoon and customers 8 deep waiting for a cashier to open their till. Also, Y'all need a sense of ungency within Town Pump Culture.
the car wash used to be decent, but now I can get a better wash by just hosing my car down in my driveway without even using soap, when I left the wash last night, I couldn't even tell that my car had been washed
You all need to hire some more people. There was a line of 30 people at like 5:15pm and only 1 person working and it looked like there was issues with the point of sale system. We had to put our stuff back on the shelves and leave.
The lady at the cash register (short dark hair, heavy set, piercings and tattoos) couldn’t bother to reach across the counter to grab my ID, she used tongs to grab it as she was sitting in a chair with headphones in. I wish I got paid $17 an hour to do nothing. HORRIBLE customer service even for a gas station, which I don’t expect much from in the first place.
Their always polite when you go in there. Its a good store to go get your quick fixes
