Absolutely terrible car wash. Not worth the money!!
The car wash dropped a bolt and broke my windshield in June. I filed an incident report the same day. Management was apologetic and helpful. Sent the message along to corporate. I've been emailing and calling corporate for 7 months now. Was told if I sent a quote it would get taken care of. The quote was sent. The incident report is now missing and all of my calls and emails go unanswered and unreturned. (And the car wash sucked. That bolt must've been important.)
