Good help is hard to find I guess. The satellite (R side) pump for Semi trucks was missing and when I reported it, they practically yelled at me, and acted like I should have psychically known it was gone before I drove up. As such, I had to pull to another lane, call my fuel department to get reauthorized, etc. Unneeded time consuming actions. Anytime I've been here it seems the customer is not valued, nor wanted.
This is one of the best pilot truckstops you can ever go to in the entire country. There’s store is amazing with so many products that you just can’t buy enough of and they always have stuff. The showers are top-of-the-line. They’re nice and hot. Good pressure. The laundry is clean. It works good hot air going through the dryer and probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a truck-stop. Willy at rocker town pump is awesome. The other guy working would not help us at all and was so rude and ignorant. Anyways willy just got the job done. And was awesome. I locked my keys in my car a 1975 nova in the middle of the night and it was freezing and Willy was the man!!!!
