Travelling through and ended up with a flat rear tire on the motorcycle. The Store Manager, Sylvia was extremely courteous and helpful, finding numbers and businesses which may be able to help, including calling several businesses and contacts herself that she knew in the area. After numerous phone calls and ultimately being stuck in Dillon Mt. for a few hours awaiting family to trailer us home, Sylvia even offered to provide us a ride to a restaurant while we waited for assistance. Friendly staff!!
About the most unfriendly staff I’ve ran into. Particularly that kid with the ponytail. I asked him TWICE how he was doing and he didn’t say a single word through our whole interaction. It’s not hard to simply say hi back to someone instead of just ignoring and not acknowledging your customers. This is far from the first time. What happened to common decency. Not impressed
I would give it zero stars as well I've never been treated so rudely in my life by a heavy set guy in glasses and he should not be allowed to be in customer service because he treats people like s*** I am just in shock and appalled it was really weird 😳
