Doing a 1 from the cashier's perspective. I come into this store at various times throughout the day. In the morn, 8 - 10 a.m., there will many employees scooting about their day, even like 5 - 8 of them in two groups on separate sides of the store doing a "Raw Raw" meeting, drinking sodas and whatever. Three evenings a week, after 5 or 6 p.m. there is only one guy, by himself, to man the register, deal with the drunks, disapate the "Karen's" and just have a nice attitude to get to the end of his shift to get back to the re... read more

Cashier tried to tell me they refunded my 25$ but it didn't appear, I ask for a receipt and they can't produce one. I ask for a manager and he gives me my receipt and the 25$ magically appears. Cashier obviously has no idea what he's doing, or whoever is in charge of hiring or training.

We stayed in the adjoining hotel and found the employees to be unexpectedly friendly, always helpful and determined to have happy customers - a gentleman on Saturday 8/9 was especially wonderful helping my son get his remote control vehicle to work …even the next morning we were greeted by another smiling warm face
