Cashier tried to tell me they refunded my 25$ but it didn't appear, I ask for a receipt and they can't produce one. I ask for a manager and he gives me my receipt and the 25$ magically appears. Cashier obviously has no idea what he's doing, or whoever is in charge of hiring or training.

We stayed in the adjoining hotel and found the employees to be unexpectedly friendly, always helpful and determined to have happy customers - a gentleman on Saturday 8/9 was especially wonderful helping my son get his remote control vehicle to work …even the next morning we were greeted by another smiling warm face

Came in for a Gatorade and left with a master’s degree in patience. There were ten of us in line and three employees behind the counter—none of whom were working. One was scrolling their phone, another was telling what had to be a riveting story, and the third looked like they were trying to astral project out of the building. If I could put 0 stars I would. They’re all very rude and there’s literally only 1-2 people at the cash register, EVERY EMPLOYEE accept for the 2 people in the cash register are all outside smoking and talking, and they all have 0 customer service skills. All of the managers are very rude. INCLUDING the district manager, Kevin ans the general manager Brandy.
