Had some tire issues and needed assistance. Employee Ken assisted us and was so kind....especially since we later learned it was his day off! What kindness and amazing customer service!!!
Most of the staff is wonderful but there is a one guy who is beyond awful. I'm sure you know who I'm referring to🦰🦰🦰
There is a girl Shirley. She has physical issues. All the while...she is the most sweet and effecive customer service rep. Towm Pump should be glad to have her.
I used to stop here every day for a couple cans of coffee and snuff. Not anymore after tonight. Clerk refused to ring me up after I waited several minutes for him flirting with the girl in front of me. Claimed it was shift change but that didn't happen for another 15 minutes as the relief wasn't even on site yet. There was no one else in the store. He could have run one more customer. It was 20 till the hour.
