Pumped gas on pump 5. Invoice 036348. No paper in pump. Ask an employee named David on first shift. He said I had to wait in a line to get recept. I told him the amount was 68.72. Pump 5 but he insisted on running my credit card. He was rude and wasn't much help. If this is kind of treatment he displayed to customers I recommend to everyone go somewhere else. I wi from now on. Even the manager skylar wasn't their. I read tge reviews and understand better why this happened.

always clean pumps and well maintained. i see the guy out there helping customers and cleaning every pump every day.

I was getting gas at the Town Pump in Whitefish  Thetdd er was a guy who was working there emptying the garbages and cleaning up around the pumps. When he saw me starting to pump my gas, he offered to finish it up for me. His comment was you look cold, I will finish up for you. Anyway, I asked his name. It is ken. We talked and he said he actually works at the one on 93 and hwy 40, but was at this one just helping out. He did this all with a smile and seemed to really enjoy helping. The service at Town Pump Whitefish casino is ridiculous! Some employees just disappear when they’re busy! Can’t get service & you have to go looking for the employees if you cash out! You can never find them! Very frustrating!
