I love town pump, but this one has the worst point of sales at the pump. I often have to pull to a different pump to get my rewards to work, or to have my credit card actually scan. It is only at this town pump, so I know it’s not my cards. Today it took me going to 3 pumps before I found one where the upper left button to select the proper rewards worked. Leaving a 2 star review because I don’t appreciate businesses wasting my time while I try to give them money. Will skip this location as much as I can going forward.
horrible customer service from manager wilson espinoza . my boyfriend purchased a beef jerky with cash ebt through card . im a vegetarian so its not the snack we wanted . we never left the premises he just simply walked to the car showed me the snack and i went into the store to return because i cannot eat meat . we did NOT end up getting our cash back due to reasoning of we left the premises . he didn’t try to help us in any way . absolutely horrible
