Today I went to 40 Nassau Road in Islip. I went to the tax assessor's office to submit paperwork for the Enhanced Star Tax consideration. I would like to thank Lenny for being so helpful and kind.
Good afternoon… They did a disaster with my papers in this place!! that I had to pay $5000 more for the taxes of my house..because they misplaced all the papers… I am a disable lady.. Jesus!!
The personnel are very professional,and are very knowable.they explains any that you don't understand.they were very helpful and polite.thank you ladies
The customer service is rude, and they are really rude and will not help you at all.
I called today to ask a few questions and the woman on the phone was extremely nasty and hung up on me. I called back because I wanted to ask her name but was told I didn't speak to anyone there (haha).. its very sad that our tax payer dollars fund these nasty people who clearly don't want to do their job. Ugh, do better.
