The visit was uneventful and smooth
Hate having to pay a convenience fee to pay my bill online, but it's worth it knowing that the payment will be applied. I had to fight for a year to get a check posted to my account and have penalties removed. I went there in person and the employee who physically took the proof of my cashed check never applied it to the account. I called and was answered by an extremely rude woman who sounded like she hated her job and should have retired centuries ago.
