Uncaring staff
Took excellent care of my momma when we needed respite care. Everytime she had a visitor she was happy and comfortable. The team here will treat your loved one or yourself with respect and dignity and lots of love. Megan (a CNA) was amazing and Monique (a evening shift nurse) was also amazing and made us feel reassured my mom was in good hands
My brother received excellent care while there, and a social worker, Jordan, went out of his way on a Saturday to deliver his glasses to another city which came to Town East after he was transferred to another facility. I was so impressed by commitment shown by the staff.
My mom has been living at Town East for a year now. The staff are very caring and kind. The meals are delicious and mom is thriving. I would highly recommend.
