Melissa is absolutely great. She cares for the patients & has made my time here more pleasant. I always look forward to seeing her.
I have only been a rehab patient for several days, but I must come in the night crew. I had a roommate in for wound care. She had only been in the facility herself a couple of days before me. The other night after midnight, there was a commotion in our room And as I was not able to not hear several of our family members and the staff were at her bed. Very rude to Doohdash/ Uber drivers. we didn't order this freaking food, we were sent here to deliver. They ignore you for doing your job, when they're just sitting around at theirs . Smh. Do better at your customer service to people you work at a rehabilitation for goodness sakes! 2/24@610pm
