Way way way overcharged me. Bad communication. No heads up about price increase or status. Asks questions and documents and when I provide them all -- indeed many because I have many accounts and foreign entities etc. but all that she asked for -- she complains and says "the many documents". I tried to put everything in one document because in the previous year, she complained about piecemail delivery of documents as I receive them but then she doesn't answer all of them and asks me in various emails which I have to answer. ... read more

This was our first year for which Nune prepared our returns. We were delighted to learn that the service was certainly as good as we'd been led to expect; it was outstanding. There were very clear instructions, immediate responses to questions and queries, prompt delivery of the returns; indeed efficient in all ways.
