Courteous and good driver but he did not realize that I needed a different hotel location than where he dropped me off (2 of the same chain within a mile of each other). I unfortunately didn’t know because it was my first time here to Orlando. I gave him the name and address of where I was trying to go and still ended up at the wrong place. Wish I’d checked myself but phone was low battery so didn’t think it was worth using the remainder for it. Use their service with care!

I had reserved a private charter that was supposed to take place on July 27th, 2024 for my wedding. My company reached out on May 30th asking for an address. At this point, there was no communication that our charter was cancelled and we believed that everything was still booked. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST COMPANY One of their bus drivers hit me and ran away....the bus was full of kids. tried reaching out 10 times and no one bothered calling back ever. I am currently filing a small claim against them

I will never use or refer this company to anyone bad business ruined my whole birthday trip I lost lots of money on my trip to Maryland
