I’m not a troll, I purchased a tension spring a few years ago, I didn’t mention this. I remember today when I called again about the horrible lady who answered the phone how mean she talks to me. She sounds like she’s mad at me for asking questions. I remember how much I disliked her.. It’s really makes me not even wanna go but unfortunately I have to. Unless I locate it somewhere else.

I got such a bad impression simply from calling them for a quote that I would never even consider hiring them for garage door work. The woman who answered was on speaker phone, making it difficult for me to hear her, and her arrogant attitude made it sound like I was bothering her or something.
