This is transmission on 10 month old Whirlpool washer. Shortly after purchased a new electric board was installed, hose burst I now have to replace laundry room floor. Repairman told me he's never seen a transmission like this on a NEW machine. Store manager or Whirlpool will not replace they want me to buy extended warranty. We are a senior couple so machine use is minimal. New owner and management obviously do not stand behind what they sell.
