The service from the older lady is absolutely awful. It’s like you walk in to be judged as well as belittled. Spent more time talking to a friend than helping the customers. The back room staff and nick were amazing as well as on top of it. There’s been so many complaints about her and how she treats customers as well as employees. It’s ridiculous how she’s still employed. NEVER WILL GO BACK ALSO WILL BE TELLING ANYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT THE AWFUL SERVICE FROM HER. I’m very disappointed with my experience at Town & Country Furniture in Glasgow, MT. We bought a brand new (one of their most expensive, if not the most) washer and dryer set, which was loaded by hand by two young men from their storage house - the washer was in a box, the dryer was not. When we got home, I noticed large, deep scratches on the door of the dryer along with a distinguishable orange “tag” in which I had seen on damaged products inside their store. Will update my review to 4-stars once the damage is repaired. I also noticed they updated their response to something much more friendly, and I appreciate that. I was able to get what I needed - a new fridge - and it was delivered same day which is why they get 3 stars. The delivery guys accidentally damaged my wall while removing my old fridge and I called t&c, delivery guys took photos etc. The owner was supposed to call and come by to fix it, but showed up without calling while I was in the shower (only knew because I hav... read more
