Owner rudeness I am very upset. I had a dispute with the owner over a slipcover that I had made that was too big. He was rude, lied to me, and made false accusations about me. The experience has been very unpleasant and painful. I will never step foot in this store again.
good selection of furniture The store has a very good collection of furniture with very good prices. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location of the store is very goo too.
Advertise Store Wide Sale and Bend you over instead We are building a new house and need all new furniture. My daughter finally found a bedroom set she liked at Town and Country last weekend. There was suppose to be a storewide sale and this cherry Thor's Elegance set was what she wanted. However, the bedroom set was marked sold. This weekend, we stopped in to see if they had delivered the sold bedroom set and replaced it with something else in the store. Guess what. Best selection, excellent service. Wish I had stopped here before going everywhere else. I even drove to Boston and didn't find the unique and amazing selection that I found at Town & Country. They have the coolest stuff and I found the service to be perfect. Not too pushy and very helpful when I needed it. I was bummed that the sofa I fell in love with was sold, but they informed me that they had plenty more in stock and they got it to me within a week. nice when I was interested in buying some new furniture I went to town & country furniture shop. I thought they offered a very nice selection of furniture with a lot to choose from. the staff was very friendly and I was immediately offered assistance, but was also given the time to just look around the store on my own.
customer impressed with the furniture and friendly people..nowhere with furniture as cool as they've got...prices reasonable for the top quality they sell..what's not to like?
Do not Shop At this Store Very disappointed. Though they have a nice selection, their manners need improvement. Being undecided on the right leather for a chair I wanted to purchase I requested them to shred my personal information they refused to do so stating it was a tax concern? The only tax concern they would have is if I made a purchase. What kind of business is that.
