I called Town and country 3 or so weeks ago regarding my 2014 Mustang GT. I didn't even buy the car there but I was made an appointment with Mark Page promptly the next day. I had to bring my car in for warranty work regarding my steering and its willingness to lock up on me at random times while driving. I waited an hour and a half and following the diagnosis, An exact problem couldn't be pinpointed but an abs module replacement was recommended. I brought my car back to Town and Country the next day and while I was driving the loaner car provided, Mark called me and told me that Ford is suggesting replacing the abs module and if the problem persisted, to replace the steering rack altogether. I got a call from Mark regarding my car being finished and I got my baby back 5 days later. Fast forward about a week or so and my power steering goes out completely in my driveway. Ford roadside assistance came out to my house and promptly towed my car to the dealership the next morning. Mark called me again later that day and explained to me that a gear in my steering rack broke and there was moisture on a connector in the steering assembly that needed to be replaced. I was astonished that Town and Country was able to find and replace my steering rack and realign my car within a day and I'm more than happy with my service experience! I still have to go back and have a harness put in that is unfortunately on back order but a temp fix was issued and Mark made it very clear to me that this work had been performed. Overall I am very happy with my service experience and how Mark Page acted professionally given my circumstances! If anyone has any doubts regarding Town and Country Service, I can speak from experience, they will take care of you!
