I went in to do shared branching, I was talking to a gentleman and the first thing I asked was if they worked with the bank I go through and a blonde lady sitting off to the side piped in and said no very rudely. Since she wanted to butt in I asked her if there was anywhere else she knew of that did and she said it must only be atm or there might be a way to transfer to my account with them which I don’t have. Nicest people and best location.
This bank is so crooked. I’ve had a secure credit card here for 14 years. I missed one payment in that time about a month ago and they refused to flag it for me and choose to hit me with the late payment which tanked my credit score.
I get you just opened an hour ago but for someone simply making a deposit can you at least put a smile on your face and be kind. Rude
