I had 2 refunds that weren't processed and TCFCU said they checked and they didn't see anything trying to be refunded yet, I have proof from merchant that It was FAILED Going to a different credit union
Edit - If I could give negative stars I would. I am a customer now of 16+ years. Once again I am having my debit card declined multiple times trying to make a small purchase online at a reputable website for an item that is only made once in limited quantity, and I've now lost the chance to make said purchase. Of course it is 10pm so I can not contact anyone to fix this. I am sick of this, there is ample money in my account and there is no reason for this to be happening.
