I went in to do shared branching, I was talking to a gentleman and the first thing I asked was if they worked with the bank I go through and a blonde lady sitting off to the side piped in and said no very rudely. Since she wanted to butt in I asked her if there was anywhere else she knew of that did and she said it must only be atm or there might be a way to transfer to my account with them which I don’t have.
