This bank is so crooked. I’ve had a secure credit card here for 14 years. I missed one payment in that time about a month ago and they refused to flag it for me and choose to hit me with the late payment which tanked my credit score.
I get you just opened an hour ago but for someone simply making a deposit can you at least put a smile on your face and be kind. Rude
I canceled my after 7 years because I see no any respect and responsibility last 2 years. Finally today I filled there is some racism problem

I had 2 refunds that weren't processed and TCFCU said they checked and they didn't see anything trying to be refunded yet, I have proof from merchant that It was FAILED Going to a different credit union
