Everyone is VERY nice and helpful. I moved from Springfield MO approximately one and a half years ago. It's been so refreshing to be treated the way I've been treated. This has been since the day I opened accounts here in St. James.
St. James has the best group of people!!! Super awesome environment, always awesome seeing those lovely faces!
I like the bank itself I like the staff how helpful they are but however when it comes to their banking app is pretty useless I've been locked out of my account since the update or upgrade now (don't know why) I did try to do recovery the account on my own-terms but all it says as a error message "please contact the financial institution". I'm getting tired of being locked out and not being able to see the activity of it.

Normally dont have any issues at all. However, taking a spur of the moment trip out of state and when i tried calling to have my account notated, the phone rang for almost 2 minutes before someone picked up the phone and hung it back up. I understand if its busy and nobody can answer rightbaway, but to pick it up and then hang it back up is upsetting.
