The staff are extremely friendly, patient, and always helpful. They never fail to greet me as I walk in the door. I have used this particular branch for numerous years and being a small town bank, the staff always greet me using my first name. I am completely satisfied with this particular branch and would never consider switching to another bank. I have nothing but accolades of praise for the current staff.
Friendly enough staff, but only one of them is allowed to open new accounts. Once I moved all my money over to this bank, they wouldn't let me access it for the next 24 hours. Tried to apply for a credit card and was told I would hear from them within a week. 2 weeks later I called and they said they forgot to do anything about it, but that they would for sure call me on Monday. Monday was 4 days ago. I'm sure they're good for some people, but I will be closing my accounts there tomorrow.
