The other day I was having a problem getting my online banking back on my phone after it was accidentally deleted. I had called several times as I was having trouble for one reason or another. I finally came in and talked to Nikki and she was my saviour. She fixed everything and gave me some much needed info. She was very pleasant and helpful. She truly made my day!
