Yesterday, I was having some problems with my account and stopped in the office at 105 W. Silver Spring Dr., and Jessica O. was there to help me. Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me. We both maintained a sense of humor and she made it a completely pleasant experience. I know I took a chunk of time out of her day, but she never wavered in her commitment to solving my issues. I appreciate it so much, she is a rare gem.
Town Bank in Whitefish Bay is a wonderful bank to be apart of. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is so friendly. Maddy and Jessica are kind, knowledgeable, professional and super helpful. They do their job well in addition, to being effective and efficient. Either one of them are always available to answer any questions. I enjoying going into the Whitefish Bay branch and look forward to it weekly.
The workers at WFB bank location are great. Especially would like to mention Gabriel Apostol. He is always helpful with answering any questions and concerns we might have. I can always count on him to address our needs. I very strongly recommend his services.
The staff and personnel at Town Bank Wjitefish Bsy are so awesome They rock. Gabriel Apostol is very passionate about his job, has went above and beyond, making sure all of my concerns, questions and needs was taken care of he never cease to amaze me.
