This is a review of Town Bank in general, not the WB branch specifically. I have had nothing but problems since I started banking here. Constant fraud alerts for purchases made on the same days every 2 weeks for years, locking me out of digital banking, telling me my "secret password" is wrong, when it is the same for EVERY account I have on every platform. Yesterday, I was having some problems with my account and stopped in the office at 105 W. Silver Spring Dr., and Jessica O. was there to help me. Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me. We both maintained a sense of humor and she made it a completely pleasant experience. I know I took a chunk of time out of her day, but she never wavered in her commitment to solving my issues. I appreciate it so much, she is a rare gem.
