I had been with Chase for 20 years as a small business customer and never once received the genuine warmth and appreciation I have been shown by the team at Town Bank since the first day I walked in the door. You have certainly earned my business, but also my gratitude and respect.

“Go to a Different Branch” That is what the employees tell you to do. What should have been an easy transaction cashing a check from the Village of Walworth was a hassle and one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had. Marla and Jasmine are the reason no one in town should bank here.
