I am a small business owner and I transferred my banking here a few years ago after being relentlessly nickel and dimed to death by JP Morgan Chase. Best move I ever made. I had been with Chase for 20 years as a small business customer and never once received the genuine warmth and appreciation I have been shown by the team at Town Bank since the first day I walked in the door. You have certainly earned my business, but also my gratitude and respect.

“Go to a Different Branch” That is what the employees tell you to do. What should have been an easy transaction cashing a check from the Village of Walworth was a hassle and one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had. Marla and Jasmine are the reason no one in town should bank here.

I have been a at Town Bank since day 1. They have the nicest tellers. I have added multiple different accounts over the years and closed some. They make the transitions very easy and answer all questions I have had. I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else. Also just started doing mobil depositing. Had 1 slight issue but that was on me because of the light with the picture. When I resubmitted it took. It was a very easy process. I also use the app almost daily.
