I had such a wonderful experience at Town Bank. I brought in my elderly father to open a CD after a very frustrating and rude experience at our current bank. My dad is hard of hearing, and Maribel was incredibly patient, kind, and warm with both of us. She took the time to make sure he understood everything. On top of helping us open the CD, she also talked through their savings account options and made sure we knew about opportunities that could benefit him.
Every visit or call, text, etc is answered right away. Friendly staff as well.
It’s really frustrating not only that there’s construction and a horrible parking lot but they cannot keep staff. I bring my mom into the bank and every single time there are new employees, and it makes her feel uncomfortable.
