Our Town Bank branch in Menomonee Falls is the perfect small town bank experience. I travel all over the United States and their debit card allows me to get cash without any fees. The ATM machine will ask me to approve it. I say yes, but then the bank backs those fees out. I hate paying to get my own money. Town Bank understands that. If you live close by, you should go in and see the tellers. They’re very friendly and very quickly learn who you are on a first name basis. You’re not just a number to them.
Alize Taturn and Ivan Aphay was such a great helper. They both helped us open our first saving account. I would definitely come back and open a checking account here. Highly recommend this place. I have several accounts with Town bank. Alize and Tony at the Menomonee Falls branch are both warm and welcoming. They are very willing to assist. Alize assisted me with navigating online banking. Tony always reminds me to check my purse for things I need to deposit and the majority of the time I have forgotten something I need to deposit in my purse or car. Im grateful for the both of them. Always an amazing experience here, everyone is helpful. Tony, although unable to completely resolve the issue, was able to give me next steps on where to go to resolve my dispute and how to approach it with outside companies. I couldn't be more happy with the service I was given!
