Thank you Helen Racette!!!! Scammers tried to clean out our checking & savings accounts and Helen went above & beyond to keep our money safe!!! It is considered account take over fraud and the thieves were relentless and tried every way possible to steal our hard earned money but Helen was there to stop it and knew exactly what to do!!!!!
I strongly advise against calling the number they included. I called back with the information I was told to get and call back and dealt with her straight up yelling at me over anything for no reason. I didn't demand she do anything, simply told them what I was told on the phone to do. I don't even understand why she was flipping out on me on me messing up cancelling my autopay and not knowing how the process all worked. If you have a significant other who is favored in the village you will be treated differently by the bank or any establishment in the village just an fyi.
My name is Brenda and for some reason the website brings up my daughter who does not have an account at this bank?? I love the Clinton branck, but I really miss being able to call directly to the Town Bank in Clinton. I have to explain myself to the other location every time to have them transfer me...which makes my phone call longer. The fancy title of Concierge Banker does not impress me. Just have a human answer the phone.
