Easily he worst experience I ever had with any company. Understanding I ordered during your holiday, but Sholomo was rude and unresponsive. Then I call customer service when the company did open, and the person I had on the phone was completely incompetent. I asked to speak to a manager and I was transfer to Rivkey. She was great. She helped facilitate the order. However when delivered, the 2 guys spoke no English and was in a rush. They did set it up but could not answer any of my questions about the oven.
