The nurse Audrey has a horrible attitude and when asking for help she plain out ignores you. That lady shouldn’t be a nurse if she doesn’t like helping people.
I am begging anyone considering this facility NOT to go. Please, please, please check the reviews. Call those that had family members there…….
JULIE, hd of pt, as a person is fantastic , more important runs and excellent at department. My brother is making significant progress after backsliding at previous nursing homes. His room is cleaned routinely and personnel, Derek, a hard working nurse, is upbeat and knowledgeable.
I currently have a family member at Town & Country. The facility has been around for a long time. I researched the other nursing homes in Boerne, Tx and Town & Country by far has a better reputation for their care and compassion. The quality of care, safety, staff-to-resident ratios, the specialized sevices, and cleanliness of the facility was very important to me. Town and Country met ALL!
