There atms at Washington ave never work will be closing my accounts out and going to evergreen credit union I'm so sick of their bs pretty sad been a customer of them for many years no apologies screw them

Received a fake $20 bill from a local ATM and google said to bring it to my bank branch so they can file a report. I did just that and spoke with a teller who in turn went to speak with a manager. I could hear the manager bemoaning the situation and insinuating I was trying to pull something. I heard him say “Does he just expect us to give him $20?”. Not much to say, I went in for a loan appt. the other week, and was rejected without discussion of co-signers, payment history, anything else. I wasn’t even actually offered to apply for a loan, which I get it, you don’t want me, whatever. I’d done a ton of research prior to the appt and had saved up thousands of dollars for a down-payment on a personal loan for a used vehicle.
